The instruction:
1) Download R189133.exe from dell .com

2) When you run the file, it will say it can't install the driver.
3) However, you can manually install the driver via the Device Manager.
"right click My Computer... select Properties... select the Hardware Tab... press the Device Manager button... find the network controller with the yellow question mark... right click and select Update Driver..."
